DIN 471 Shaft Ring

DIN 471 shaft rings are circular retaining elements that are installed on shafts. Commonly known as 'external rings,' they are used to secure components on the shaft. Designed to fit around the circumference of the shaft, they are installed using specialized pliers during the assembly process. Typically made from steel, these rings can also be coated for corrosion resistance. They prevent the movement of machine parts, bearings, or other components by holding them in place.
